Educational Qualification: BE or MBA

Job Description:
To oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations in the Bangalore region.
To assist Executive Director in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
Responsible to monitor trends for competition in the marketplace and creating new sales channels by working closely with a network of property consultants
Responsible for meeting prospective clients and creating sales by creating MIS of clients and leads
Spearheading the local marketing and promotional activities of the Centre by participating in events, seminars, exhibitions, etc.
Meeting Landlords, Developers, Investors, Brokers for commercial negotiations for the property located and closing the transactions for the company.
Working closely with the Projects team for the fit-outs work-related work.
Pre-Requisities:
One should have good knowledge of business development roles.
One should have a two-wheeler.
One should have a good connection with IT companies.
